Madandola Unity Estates is a vibrant and progressive residential community located within Ewekoro LGA, Ogun State. It serves as the umbrella body for three Community Development Associations (CDAs), namely:

1. Harmony CDA
2. Unity CDA
3. Valley-View CDA

These three CDAs were duly constituted and recognized under the Law of the governing State Ministry, following the establishment of Madandola Unity Estates. Thus, Madandola Unity Estates can be described as the “parent body” from which these CDAs were born, and it continues to serve as their unifying platform for coordinated development and collective representation.

The community is accessible via well-laid road networks, ensuring smooth intra- and inter-community movement. It is also connected to a 33KVA service power line, which provides stable electricity supply for households, businesses, and community facilities.
